AEPs are university qualified allied health professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities. Pathology domains covered by the services of AEPs include cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respiratory / pulmonary and mental health, and any other conditions for which there is evidence that exercise can improve the client’s clinical status.


Massage Therapy

A massage therapist is someone who treats clients by using touch to manipulate the soft-tissue muscles of the body. With their touch, massage therapists relieve pain, rehabilitate injuries, reduce stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of their clients.

Kirsty was born and bred in Maitland which is home to the infamous Hunter Valley Steamfest and Groovin’ the Moo music festival. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Newcastle in 2018, Kirsty relocated to Port Macquarie to kickstart her career in Physiotherapy. Since living here, she has participated in a social multi-sports competition, crossfit and is now teaching indoor cycling classes at a local gym. She enjoys making a difference in clients with musculoskeletal injuries and neurological conditions.
